The 5th of June 2024 saw the Colchester Business Award ceremony, at Colchester's own visual art gallery - Firstsite.
Fowler Smith Mortgages & Protection were proudly nominated, shortlisted and invited to the event hosted by InColchester as finalists in the Best New Business category. The evening was a great opportunity for local businesses to network with one another, and celebrate the successes they've achieved within the past year.
We were honoured to have been finalists in such an important category - as any business will know that the start-up phase is one of the hardest, yet most rewarding, when building an organisation.
It was a place where the Fowler Smith team could also celebrate, and see their hard work over the past years being recognised at such a highly-regarded awards event here in Colchester City Centre.
It also coincided with the end of our second quarter of our financial year - which has proudly been our most successful to date - which made the occasion even more enjoyable for our team.
At Fowler Smith Mortgages & Protection, our mission is to add value to everybody we communicate with - and although we didn't ultimately win the award we were nominated for, it was incredible to be part of such an event, be surrounded by such important local businesses, and acknowledge that due to our focus on providing an exceptional client journey, we have been recognised for doing so.
